Use this form to submit a warranty claim for your TMC trailer. Please provide as much detail as possible so our team can review the issue quickly and respond with next steps.
Before You Begin
To submit a warranty claim, fill out the warranty claim form and have the needed items available.
Helpful Tip:
Take photos in good lighting and include close-up shots of the damaged area along with one wider photo showing where the damage is located on the trailer.
Location Disclosure:
All repairs will be completed at the manufacturing facility in Eagleville, TN.
Acknowledgment Section:
Warranty applies only to defects in workmanship.
Certain items are excluded (tires, paint, wood, misuse, etc.).
Warranty work must be approved and performed by TMC or authorized in writing.
Transportation to and from Eagleville, TN is the responsibility of the RTO Client or owner.
